The Daily Chronicle's Zurich correspondent states that travellers from Austria confirm the reports as to the appalling conditions in that country, where many commodities are unprocurable and prices are prohibitive. The people have become apathetic as to the result of the war, while there is much rioting and violence in Bohemia, where meetings have been prohibited.
