Auckland Registry, and Recorded in Volume .37, Folio 73, of the Provisional Register Hook at Auckland, and also all that piece or parcel of land containing 710 acres, 0 roods, 6 perches, a little more or less, called Orahiri No. 2 Section fiß No. 2, held under Memo, of Lease No. 5478, recorded in Volume 195, Folio 234 of the Register Rook at Auckland, and I further give notice that I shall cause the estate, light, title, or interest of the said Frederick Hubert Rohjohns in the above lands to be sold by public auction by J. R. Fow and Co. at their rooms Collingwood street, Hamilton, on Thursday, the 3rd daj of May, 1917, at noon, unless the amount of the writ of sale, with all costs and expenses, lie paid on or before the said 3rd dav of May, 1917.
