DRAGGED FROM THEIR HOMES
FATE OF 500 GIRLS. LADY COMPANIONS TO GERMAN STAFF. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received March 30, 8.45 a.m. NEW YORK, March 29. The New York Herald's Paris correspondent says that 500 of the prettiest girls at Roseil were dragged from their homes on March 16th, and sent to Mauberge as "orderlies and lady companions to the German staff."
