The Socialists in the Reichstag put , forward a series of demands, including thkt the Reichstag shall control the making and breaking off of making peace or war, that the Chancellor shall be dismissed if the Reichstag demands, proportional representation, votes for all men and women at Parliamentary and the abolition of all the Upper Houses.
