FURTHER FRENCH PROGRESS. (High Commissioner's Cable.) LONDON, 2.45 p.m. Wednesday. A French 'official report states that northward of tli r> Ailetto, also eastward of Leuilly and Neuville sur Margival, we made new progress. Received March 29, 1.5 p.m. LONDON, March 28. A French communique reports further progress north of Ailette and in the sector east of Leuilly-Neuville-sar-Margival, where we carried several important points d'appui. There is violent artillery activity elsewhere.
