FRENCH AND ITALIANS BREAK BULGAR ATTACK. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. Received March 28, 11 p.m. LONDON, March 28. A French communique states: "We captured a-quarter of a mile of trenches in the direction of the crest of Ceroenastena, in the Monastir sector. The Italians, supported by our artillery, broke an attempted Bulgarian attack." A German communique states: "Strong French advances north-west of Monastir failed." .
