IN THE ATLANTIC
ACTIONS OF STRANGE CRAFT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received March 10, 9.40 a.m. NEW YORK, March 9. The freight steamer Suruga has arrived from Havre. The captain reports that a mysterious craft of cargo type, with two masts and one funnel, approached the Suruga on February 20th off the Azores. The stranger completely circled the vessel, and then disappeared. Ng signals were shown. The description is similar to the South Atlantic (ierman raider.
