FROM RAIDER ATTACKS. ADMIRALTY ADVISES CAUTION. (United Press Association.) Received March 10, 10.15 a.m. .MELBOURNE, March 10. In the House of Representatives Mr Cook said he bad received advice from the Admiralty that although the risk of danger from a raider on the Australian Coastal routes may not be great the Admiralty rensiders that ship-owners and tar-io-owners should act with prudo'ic- in xbp matter of insurance.
