CUSACK FINED £SO. At the Police Court, Hamilton, this Mr E. Rawson, S.M., gave a lengthy judgment (which will appear in full on Monday) in the charge of seditious utterance against Michael Francis Cusick, in connection with the strike of chamber hands at Horotiu last month. A fine of £SO, with costs £4 9s 61 was imposed, or in default three months' imprisonment, a month being allowed in which to pay the fine.
