The Berlin correspondent of a Hague newspaper stales that if Britain continues to "abuse'' neutral flags, Germany will declare that she will no longer respect neutral colours, and wih advise neutrals to refrain from navigating certain seas, otherwise they will risk their >hips being torpedoed without warning regardless of the lives of the crews.
