RAILWAY TO EL ARISH

15 MILES IN 15 DAYS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received Januatrv 7, 7 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 7. The broad gauge railway from the Suez Canal yesterday reached El Arish. The last 15 miles was constructed in 15 days. This is a remarkable performance, considering that the material had to be brought 100 miles, and 1000 men, horses, and camels provisioned from the canal.
