GREEKS ABANDON SERES
BULGARS OCCUPY THE TOWN. SERBS MAINTAIN TKEIH POSITIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received August 30, 11.2/5 a.m. SALONIKA, August 29. It is reported that the Crooks have withdrawn from Seres, which the Bulbars hare occupied. Bulbar residents welcomed the comitadjis, and are cooperating with the Bulgars. After the failure on Sunday of three violent attacks along the BanitzOstrovo road, the Bultrars are content with a desultory artillery bombardment. The Serbians maintain their positions. There has been no change in the Struma situation.
