COERCING ROUMANIA

The Cologne Gazette states that England and Russia are endeavouring to coerce Roumania, and that important conversations are passing between Sir E. Grey and the Roumanian Ministers. The Gazette warns Roumania of the folly of intervention, asserting that the Russian offensive is at a stanstill.
