CHURCH SERVICES

The services in London street Methodist Church to-morrow will be conducted by Rev. T. J. Wallis. The subject of the morning address will be "The Spirit of Effective Service," and of the evening "The Tragedy of Balaam." Service will be held at Tauwhare at 2.30. The services in the Baptist Church tomorrow will be conducted by Rev. J. Takle, of India, who is a recognised authority on Mahommedanism. He speaks in the morning in the Baptist Church and in the evening in the King's Theatre.

The subject at the Church of Christ to-morrow evening will be "Comparative Religion," when Mr Milner will draw attention to the purpose of religions, and will deal with the one that most surely achieves the ultimate goal.
