AMENDMENT OF BY-LAW No. 1 (Traffic Regulation). -Li Special Meeting of the Matamata County Council, held on the Ist day cf June, 1915, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting cf the Council to be held on the 3rd of August, 1915, at 10.30 a.m., at the Council Chambers, Thau. RESOLUTION: RESOLVED by way of Special Order that Article 7 of By-law No 1. be repealed, and that the following be made a By-law in lieu thereof: 7. No person shall drive, conduct or take along any road any vehicle carrying a load of over one ton to each pair of wheels unless all of the said wheels shall have tyres of the minmum width of four inches, and no person shall drive, conduct or take along any road any vehicle carrying a load of over fifteen hundred weights (not exceeding one ton) to each pair of wheels, unless all of the said wheels shall have tyres of the minimum width of two and onehalf inches.
