From the first of January, the Eastern Extension Telegraph Co. will accept deferred plain language telegrams at half rates between Australasia and all British Colonies and dependencies, Germany and German Colonies of Togo, the Cameroons, Kouth-west and East Africa and States, in addition to between Australasia ai.d Great Britain.
