In the Arbitration Court compensation/ is claimed on behalf o f William Barton for injuries received while employed by Thomas Latta sawmdller, at Catlins, by which the plaintiff lost the sight of one eye. This is a tost case. Plaintiff was knocking! "burrs' off an axe with a cold chisel, when a piece of metal blew off, causing the injury stated. The Court reserve*! its decision.
