The 'Hon. Lewis Harcourt presided at Mr Redmand's demonstration at Rawtenstall.
Mr Redmond said Ireland only asked for a subordinate Parliament, and was willing that the Imperial Parliament should remain unimpaired,in order to curb the Irish abusing thsfcr powers.
Irish would prefer to remain in the Imperial Parliament in numbers to be decided by England's own wisdom.
