(Received Sept. 12, ,12.30 p.m.) SAN FRANCIS SO, Sept. 11. Fowler, the aviator, is planning a trans-Continental flight from here to New York He expects to take twenty days to accomplish it. He will follow the railway lines for the greater part of the ourney.
