PROSPERITY IN ENGLAND.
BOARD OF TRADE RETURNS. LONDON, January <». The Times, commenting on the Board of Trade says that Britain has done nothing fiscally to bring about the present period of prosperity which is considerably overdue. The wave of trade activity is general and almost universally enjoyed by the the most protectionist nations as fully as Britain.
