A FITTING PUNISHMENT
BERLIN, December 18.
A reporter attached to the newspaper Lokalanzeiger. disguised as a servant in livery, listened to the Kaiser's conversation on a journey from Potsdam. When he was discovdted he was deposited on the railway track, twelve miles from a station.
