A DEFAULTING TREASURER.
H AN APPEAL. LONDON, December 14. Alexander H. Percival (ex-trea-surer of Trinity College. Melbourne), who has been admitted to bail pending his return' to Melbourne, is appealing against the extradition decision. His present employer has offered to pay the difference between the amount which he is alleged embezzled and the amount which Percival repaid to Trinity College.
