EARLY MANOEUVRES. LONDON, December 13. After Christmas sixty battleships and armoured cruisers and 20 other warships will be drawn from the Channel, Atlantic and Mediterannean fleets and will manoeuvres off Lagos under Vice-Admiral Sir Arthur Wilson. It has been definitely decided that no vessel shall be drawn from the Home fleet for the purposes of this mobilisation.
