THE EMIGRATION BOARD.
♦ PROVISION of colonists. LONDON, November 27. A Central Emigration Board, with Mr Kinlock Cook as Chairman, and with influential members, has been formed to encourage desirable persons to settle in the colonies. It is . hoped the services of the Board will | be useful to distress committees and bodies under the Unemployed Act.
