DEATHS IX CONCENTRATION CAMPS. SUGGESTED NATIONAL MEMORIAL. CAPETOWN, November 21. Ex-President Steyn is arranging a conference, to be held at Bloemfontein in February,of delegates from the Afrikander Bond, Vetvolk, Orange Union, and the Dutch churches, to discuss the question of the erection of a national memorial to the women and children who died in the concentration camps during the war.
