HAMILTON LAKE.

TO THE EDITOR. [ Sir,—Being a visitor to Hamilton I was advised to spend souie time at the Lake. It being a very hot day at the time of my visit I naturally became thirsty, and looked around for a drink of water. I aakpl several to direot uie to the water, but they told me they always had to bring their own water, as there was none fit for drinking at the Lake. Surely for a very small sum a pipe could be laid on from the waterworks to supply visitors with a drink. I may say I was delighted with the Lake, which ia a very short time will be a splendid asset for the borough. Thanking voh in anticipation.—l am, etc, VISITOR.,
