PUBLIC x OTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Hamilton Borough Council will be held at the Council Chamber, Hamilton, at 7.30 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 30th day of November, 190(3, to confirm a resolution passed by way of Special Order at a Special Meeting of the said Hamilton Borough Council on the 24th day of Octobar, 1906, making a Special Rate for the purpjse of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of .£6OOO authorised to be raised by the Hamilton Borough Council under the above mentioned Acts, for the following publio work, namely, the Sewerage and Drainage of portion of Hamilton West. Such special Rate to be a special rate of 3Jd in the pound (being the same special rate as is made and levied by the Special Order of the said Council on the 6th day of April, 19J6) upon the rateable valuj of all rateable property of the Borough of Hamilton, and to be an anuual recurring rate duiing the ourrency of such loan, Bud to be payable half-yearly on the first d*y of April and October in each and every year during the currency of suoh loan, being a period of 41 years from the first day of February, 1908, or until the loan is fully paid off.
