RAILWAY WORKS FATALITY.

A fatal accident occurred at a drive on the railway works at Kaurimu on Saturday. A drive was being made through a hill, two parties working from opposite ende. The drive had proceeded almost to the centre, and one of the parties put in a oharge of dynamite. The explosion broke through the dividing wuil of eartb, and Thomas Henry Nicoll, aged 35, who waß on the opposite side, was killed.
