——- —♦ REMARKABLE UTTERANCE. CAPETOWN, March 13. An Afrikander Bond meeting, including Mr Hofmeyr, welcomed Mr W. T. Stead at Capetown. Mr Stead said he hoped that in the future all would act in the spirit of the braves of Cape Colony who fought for their rights. Peace and conciliation could only come when the heroism of the fighters was recognised.
