Acceptances to be declared before 9 p m. on FRIDAY, December 14th, 1894. Five per cent to be deducted from all stakes, to go to improvement of course. Definition of a Hack.—A hack is a horee that has never wen an advertised race (hack and hunter races excepted), and that is not. at the time of start, and has not been, during the three calender months previous to the time of start, nominated for any race—hack and hunter races excepted.
