Ward, Colonial Treasurer, wired to the various city and suburban members to-day that he hoped to be in Auckland next month and intended to speak on the night of the 7th or 10th if suitable arrangements could be made, the 10th preferred, Arrangements have been made for Mr Ward to address a public meeting in the City Hall on Monday, December 10th.
