(by electric trlegraph-copyright). London, January 3. Mr Arnold Morley, PostmasterGeneral, replied favourably to Mr Huddart's application for a postal subsidy. He said it much depended upon the establishment of a fast Atlantic service to connect with Australian steamers and the Canadian Pacific.
