FOOTBALL HUNTLY V. PATERANGI.
TO THE EDISOH. Sir, —I see by the meagre report in today's Waikato Times of the match Pate runei v. Huntly that the farmer played with only thirteen men, and that Huntly won by 30 points to 2—both of which statements are incorrect. Paterangi played with fourteen men, and the score, at tho conclusion of the game, was : Huntly, 32 points; Paterangi, 2. The scores were made up as fnllews: — Y"r Huntly, tries obtained by ,T. Harris (3), Welsh, Montgomery, Sampson, C. Attrell and T. Connolly, and Dansey potturl a eoal from the Held, and converted four of the tries into goals; while, for Pater.-uigi, tiyburn scored a try. By correcting the above errors in the next issue of your paper you will oblige.—Yours truly, Jas. B. Harris, Sec. H.F.C. Huntly, August 30th. 1592.
