(BY TELKGRAPH.—PRKSS ASSOCIATION). CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. At the sale of the Governor's furniture, horses, carriages, etc., to-day, ten horses brought £293. The fonr-in-hand team was bought by Mr Werry, of Wellington, the leaders realising 36 guineas each, and the wheelers £30 and £41. Four carriages were sold, exclusive of the coach, which was not offered, for £267. DUNEDIN, Last Night. The City tramway's report shows the year's receipts as £19,223, leaving a net profit of £2,233, but this does not pay the year's interest. The number of passengers carried was 2,722,093, being more than half a million less than the previous yea, In a collision between two buggies to-day, Mrs D-ivis, of Puketapu, and Mr McKinnon, of Wairoa, received injuries which may prove fatal. Both ere unconscious. Two children of Mrs McKinnon and Mrs W. T. Irvine were also injured, but not seriously.
