OHINEHURI.

County Council.—The Ohinemuri County Council hold its ordinary general meeting on Saturday laßt, all the membors being present. Mr G. N. MoOurer, recently elected for Karangahake, took his seat, and was welcomed by the chairman. Dearn a tender for metalling the cutting between the two townships was accepted at ±72, and Messrs Coates and Matcalfe's tender for the county flax at a lump sum of £30 was accepted.
