Wednesday—(Before Captain Jackson, R.M.) R. T. Miliar v. Thomas Hemvood, claim £20 12s 3d, for manures, bonedust, etc., supplied.—The defendant did not appear, Mr Gresham for plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff for whole amount, witii costs £4 19*. Urksham v. Ford.—Jugmont for £9 7." 2d, and Court costs, 10s. The defendant was ordered to pay by instalments of four shillings per week. The Fin eh on Membkrs of Te Awamutu Cavalry.—By permission of the Court Mr Gresham read the following memo, which he had yesterday received from the officer commanding the district Brigade OBico, Auckland, 15th March, 1890. Lieutenant Gresham, To Awamutu Cavalry,—l have referred the correspondence re fines of men of Te Awamntu Troop to the Law officers of the Crown, and the same is now under their consideration.
