The subscriber has been instructed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland to sell by auction at the Borough Saleyards, Hamilton, on Thursday, the 3rd day of April, 1890, at 2 p.m., under memorandum of mortgage No. 3464, entered in the Register Book, Vol. 31, Folio 299. All those pieces of land, situated in the Parish of Tamahere Bank's County in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing 1648 acres, 2 roods and 35 perches more or less, being allotments 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, and parts of allotments 27 and 29 of the Parish of Tamahere, being the whole of. the land included in a Certificate of Title in the Register Book, Vol. 39, Folio 223. The property is fenced and subdivided and about 1100 acres are under grass or in cultivation. There is a seven-roomed house, two cottages, large cow shed and stable with other necessary buildings.
