MINING SCARE.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGIIAPH—COPYRIGHT), Melbourne, February 5, A scaue occurred in the mining market yesterday, almost amounting to a panic. The Broken Hiil proprietary shsrea fell to £7-1, but afterwards recovered to £78. The cause is supposed to be that the out-put last weelc fell below the average, and there is nothing else known to warrant alarm.
