|BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT. | Rio de Janiero, December 20. The soldiers and sailors under the influence of their officers revolted on the 10th inst. The disturbance was suppressed after severe fighting. The Brazilian treasury is exhausted, and a financial crisis is imminent. There is every appearance of a serious dispute arising, and the Government is considered to be in a critical condition.
