Wellington v. Canterbury.

The attendance was small, and tha wickets heavy from yesterday's rain. Canterbury went in first, and the innings closed for 138. Labatt -18, Garrard 32, Marshall 23, Barnes 19, net mil., were the principal scoreis. Drydeu took 7 wickets for 50 runs, and McGirr 2 for 21. Wellington's first innings ended for 71, Mctiirr 20, Littlejohn 13, not out, A. Blacklock 9, being the principal scoreis. Moss took 10 wicketw for 20 runs. In Canterbury's second innings six wickets are down for !M, Karravd 23, Barnes 19, Deinun.- 19. not, out.
