Tuakau C.C.

At the annual meeting of the Tuakau Cricket Club, which was held on the 23rd. inst. in the large room of Mr Brown's Hotel, and which he had kindly lent for the occasion the following officers were elected : —President, Mr N. H. Kennedy ; vice-president, Mr J. Grant; captain, Mr G. P. Ewiug ; secretary and treasurer, Mr H. Brown; committee: Messrs A. Brown, T. Elliott and A. Walford. The report of the last year showed that of seven matches played by the club, five had been won, and the other two lost. There was a small balance to the club's cresjjfcgfrom lost year. It was unanimously; BRreSd to accept the invitations of the Taupiri and Cambridge Cricket Clubs, to repeat the trip through the Waikato this season. -
