MONSIGNOR PERSICO'S REPORT.
Romk, September 10.
Consignor Persioo, the Papal delegate to Ireland some time ago, has furnished his completed report to His Holiness the Pope. After referring generally to matters prior to the Papal decree, the \lonsignor states that the Irish Bishops are persistently endeavouring to pacify Ireland, and that the national agitation has lost much of its intensity.
