SUDDEN DEATH AT HAMILTON.
Information was given to the police yesterday afternoon that Mr H. L. Kingsley, residing in Anglesea-street, Hamilton West, had been found dead in his bed at about 2 o'clock. It seeins that the deceased had been working hard on Wednesday mowing grass, and not feeling well the following day retired to a small cottage adjoining his residence, where he lay down. He slept in the cottage on Thursday night with one of his sons, and as he passed a somewhat restless night, was. not disturbed in the morning. Shortly before 2 p.m. one of his daughters went to see him, and found him dead. An inquest will be held at 10' clock this morning. The deceased, who was formerly a SergeantMajor in the Bombay Royal Horse Artillery, was 07 years ot age, and leaves a widow and several children. The funeral will take place to-morrow afternoon.
