OPENING OF THE INDIAN AND COLONIAL EXHIBITION. [BY TELEGRAPH. -COPYRIGHT.]
(renter's telegrams.] ' ■ London, April 21. A large number of representatives of the English and continental newwpnpers have inspected the Indian and Colonial Exhibition, and »re greatly impressed with the colonial exhibit*. The several courts are all well advanced. Lord Tenmion will write the od«, and Madame Album will sin* it. The Executive Commissioners will be presented to Her Majesty the Queen, and the opening ceremony will resemble that of 1851. Sir P. C. Owen, the secretary, states that the exhibiton will be the greatest ever held.— The Prince of Wales is very much gratified at the hearty response by the colonies to the appeal for exhibits. The Times states that the colonial exhibits at the exhibition will create an undying impresfion.
