No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, or objections shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. Horses walking over will receive only 50 pur cent, of the stakes. Owners arc particularly requested to send the colours of riders with the entries. Nominations must be accompanied with the necessary amount in cash. Owners arc warned that if they do not bring their horses to the post at the proper time they are liable to be excluded from the race. First race starts at 12 noon.
