"Te eicct public buildings, to cost about £2,000." 2. "To pay off the overdiafts at the bank of tho Boiough Fund Ac-count.-and to lend to the Domain lioaid Account and the Cemeterieo Trust Account, about £1,000." 3. "To impiove the lands .about to be handed over by the Government, together with olheis, about £1,000." 4. "For the fuither improvements required, which will bo decided upon at a futui c d.vte by the Burgesses, about £2000. and that immediate action l>u taken to biing this proposal before them in accordance with the "Municipal Corporations Act, 1870," and amendments theieof."
