THE UNEMPLOYED AGITATION.

London, February 17. The Socialist leaders, Hyndtnan, Burns, Champion, and Williams, were charged at Bow-street to-day with uttering seditious speeches at the recent meeting of the unemployed in Trafalgar Square. After hearing several witnesses for the prosecution, including the reporters for the Tunes and Daily Telegraph newspapers, who testified to the seditious n.itui'e of the speeches, the the prisoners were remanded for a week, for the production of further evidence, bail being accepted.
