A Mo.sr destructive fire broke out to-day, in the premises of Messn HoliJsworth mid M.icpheraon, wholesale iromnonpfurs. The loss is estimated at £30,000, which, however, is covered by insurance. Meanr* Hol'Nworth and M,tcpher«on were insured to the e\tent of £24,000, divided amongst the following offices : — Commercial Union Assurance, the Royal, the North British, the Xoithern, the Liverpool London and Globe, and the Australian Alliance (Melbourne) Companies.
