Our Te Awamutu correspondent wtite^ yesterday :— A in in named Clement*, 0110 of the cub-contractors on the railway works met with u very serious and painful accident ycstcidny. While going from Kihikihi to his camp he wah thrown fiom his horse and trodden on. His jaw is completely smashed, beside some cuts about the face. Pr Bluii'fcn extracted tn-o pieces of bona about an inch long trom the broken jaw. Clements was bent by train to the hospital this morning.
