A Queer Case. At the Board of Kducation to day All Goldie moved that Mr Ponsonby Peacocke be asked to state whether he i 0i 0 the person mentioned as being sued for a bum ot sums of money, and ordeied to si\ months' iinpiisonment in default of pay ment. After discussion, in which the opinion was expiessed that Mr Poacocke should forward some explanation, the matter was defeired.
